"Room was not ready until over an hour after check in was supposed to start. It messed up our plans for the evening. "

"Breakfast was good, but you need a remodel to expand the area to improve flow. And more tables! Room was clean, no problems. $75 for late check out is a bit much though."

"Check-in was cold and unwelcoming. The two people at the desk didn't even bother to stand up to greet us. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the entire visit. The absolute worst moment was check-out. The woman at the front desk was actively having her lunch at the desk and clearly resented being interrupted. When I specifically asked if we needed a receipt or validation for our parking pass, she dismissed me with a bored "No, you're good." Believing her, we hauled all of our luggage out to the parking garage, only to be stopped by the attendant who said we absolutely needed a ticket receipt. We then had to struggle back into the lobby with all our bags. When we confronted the receptionist, she didn't apologize or show even a hint of remorse. She just dismissively handed us the ticket without a word and went right back to her lunch. This was an utterly disrespectful and disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere."
