"Great find at a reasonable price compared to many others in London. Great transport links as less than a 5 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. "Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

"Nice place, comfortable but on flight path to Gatwick so a lot of aircraft noise every few months. Sleep wasn’t disturbed by using ear plugs. "

"Great location, only a five minute walk to Windsor castle and the town. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with good variety. Staff friendly and welcoming. Missed out on eating there in the evening as kitchen closes earlier on a Sunday. Great bonus is the free parking round the back if you are staying there. "

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....
