We have traveled all over the world for many years and this place was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had despite staying during a cyclone that flooded the streets of Merida everyday. Feels like being taken care of in a private home. The place is gorgeous and loaded with old world charm. Fantastic decor, artwork furnishings etc. Very comfortable beautiful rooms with very high ceilings. Very romantic as well. Beautiful courtyard for breakfast by pool. Nice sitting...

"Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious. Pool si very small. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel at ground level so expect some traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper maybe you better look for a different option, for us it was not an issue and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Can’t wait to visit them again. Thanks."
