"Great hotel and amazing service"

"Clean room"

"Quite dated in decor and furnishings, but all in keeping with the look and feel of an older country residence. Every interaction was a helpful, friendly one. Would return if I have reason to stay in the area again"

"I choice the Radisson, because it close to the rail link, and not to far from my departure terminal. Staff ready to assist if any help required. You can quarantee a clean n tidy room, when every i had used the hotel. Made use of the rooms facilities inc the ironing board.Good TV reception, Saturday night the storm hit the central Manchester, coming back to a warm n cosy room makes the differance. Breakfast filling for a Sunday morning, set up for my flight."

"Need to offer to validate parking, need to help customers navigate parking lot adjacent construction"

"Thank you brilliant service as allways"

"Check in was an easy process. Our room was superb and big. Full tv and great bathroom"

"Clean, comfortable with pleasant, helpful staff. A welcome pack/folder would have been nice. Good to have iron and ironing board provided. A few more hangers perhaps and a more comfortable chair!"

"The guy at the desk was really rude - he seemed annoyed when I asked about things for our kids eg cots. They bought hot water for baby’s bottle in a champagne bucket - we weren’t confident that was sanitary so didn’t use that water. The room was cold & dusty. We couldn’t wait to leave and will never be coming back."
