"Unlike many Fire Island rentals, this place lived up to its description! It was clean and beautifully stocked with beach chairs and towels and kitchen dishware/pots/cutlery and spices. Plenty of blankets and pillows and even a pack and play which we needed. I was always able to communicate with Len the owner and he was quick to respond. We are hoping to rent again next season!"

"This house was fabulous. Grace was a perfect host! I had a few questions and she was extremely prompt with all replies. We had 9 adults and everyone was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were all very comfortable. Everyone slept very good. We were seeing a concert at Jones Beach one day and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook for our tailgate. The backyard was a true oasis. The pictures don't do it justice. "I come stay here almost every year past 12 years It is very convenient get away from NYC. The hotel is located beach front. Great view from beach front hotel. Food selections at restaurant and bar changed many times over years. Yet it remains constantly delicious. Overall almost everything in menu is good. View from restaurant is nice. My favorite is bar. Bartenders Lauren, Julio and Gwen always attended me above and beyond. Always busy yet super fast and courteous and friendly service. Special thanks to very efficient and great service of front desk staff, Shanon, Jeanette , Ruben and Marsha. "
