"Wonderful Riad with exceptional attention to detail when it came to rooms and overall cleanliness. One of the best we have ever experienced. Service was welcoming and polite, but not exceptional for a place at this standard - specifically the restaurant. It is very much at the end of the Medina, but only a few minutes walk will get you to Bahia Palace. Would recommend for couples looking for a quieter place to stay but still close to the heart of the Medina."

"Genuinely an incredible experience at Dar 73. What is hidden behind a small wooden door is exceptional. Convenient walking to Bahia Palace, Badi Palace and Jemaa El Fna. Great breakfast and food options for lunch or dinner. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, explained the area in detail, excursions available and we always so friendly. Our room was immaculate, spacious and accommodating. We would recommend this to any family or friends. "

"family of four with two young children 8 and 6, location was ideal, hotel and staff were great,2 palaces close by and the souks and main djema el fina also close by, everything within 15minute walk,i would go back there again,only little was price of meals at the hotel are expensive,besides that excellent,overall worth a visit,phillipe and his staff were great also very friendly and polite,their service and cleanliness of hotel is why i give them 9 out of 10,keep up the good work"

"Just outside the Medina wall means it’s easier to find! 100dh for a taxi from the train to Bahia palace + 4 minute walk with google maps. My husband got mostly hot water for his shower, but I only got warmish. Our room was at the front which gets street noise at night and early in the morning. But that’s likely the case with all Riads on narrow alleyways. We found the platform bed awkward to access"

"Nice place, but the whole place needs updating as it's looking a little shabby. The staff were okay, apart from one person only talking to my husband and not looking at me once while talking about the local area. More than a little rude! We were also charged for our room when we had already paid through Expedia. Luckily Expedia did refund us. "
