"I am really glad that I stayed in Riad one, it is the best decision I made in this trip, the customer service there is absolutely amazing, they treated me like a friend, tried to fulfil whatever request I made, as I went Marrakech alone without doing research, their help was really useful, they showed me to the restaurant around, they helped me book different tours last minute, they helped me book taxi, they constantly asked if I am okay. Love their breakfast, they remember my preference for tea...
