The surrounding is calm and there is plenty of privacy. Very good value for money deal. As for things to improve, I would recommend installing a wifi solution (eg. a pay as you go mobile data and wifi dongle) . A pool would also be an investment to consider, even if I recognize it probably only works for a couple of months per year....
