"Reservamos habitación con dos camas individuales, nos dieron una habitacion con cama matrimonial y solicitamos rectificaran, nos pidieron dejar las maletas y regresar mas tarde para ocupar la habitación correcta. Cuando regresamos nos asignaron una habitación qué ya estaba ocupada por otras personas! Nos "resolvieron" cambiandonos de hotel a otro de la misma cadena de hoteles pero perdimos unas 2 o 3 horas en todo ese cambio de planes. Uno de sus empleados se equivocó y asignó la misma...

"Room was tiny and bathroom was across the corridor as a separate room. Shower wasn’t working and bathroom smelt of sewage. Only here for 2 nights so adequate enough but any longer and would have moved hotels."
"Hotel was very-well located in the heart of Biaxa old town section. Fun people-watching and access to most everything on foot, bus or tram. Request a front room with a view. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was worth the price if you get there early enough for eggs and all selections.
Hotel is a bit hard to find - just a door - and car must drop you and luggage on adjacent street as hotel street is car-free for the many cafes. This is fun and festive and can be noisy but quiets...
"The hotel was in a great location & our room was very spacious - we had a suite with a pull out coach that was actually quite comfortable. Some minor things that need some attention - the shower head was not adjustable (kept spraying to the glass enclosure that created a build up of water on the floor in the bathroom) and the AC was difficult to adjust the setting (stayed ion 19). Otherwise great experience. Breakfast was a great assortment of items and the pool was a nice treat!"
"The hotel is beautiful inside! The location is amazing-everything you could want is right outside your door on one of the top streets to visit in Lisbon. The street is pedestrian but if you want an uber it is only. 2 minute walk down to Rossi square and a perfect spot to be picked up. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the breakfast. is outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel :0)"
