In general almost everyone we came across in Portugal was very kind! We actually stayed here on our first and last night of the trip as it was convenient and close to Lisbon Airport. The staff was friendly and got a good laugh out of us. The rooms were very clean which was amazing! Perfect little stay!

The room looks exactly as advertised, it was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean. The staff was great, stayed up to check me in when my flight was delayed. Only 2 issue, the building is old, so elevator, layout and door mechanism are dated. I had difficulty using the key, even the staff did. The bathroom is not in the bedroom so the layout is a little weird

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent level of service provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed. The location was convenient, close to public transport and several restaurants and shops. Terrible rip-off. We paid for two "suites" with kitchen. We got two "room" instead and single shared kitchen on the floor. Our rooms at least had washrooms, some other rooms have washrooms in the hall. Kitchen was not clean. I paid for "suites" and got dorm experience. Total scam and it should not be on Expedia..

It wasn’t what I expected when I booked it. I would say, it a little cute place to rent on a budget with a community area with kitchen. The staff 24 hour concierge was nice, had no trouble getting back. I wish there was like an extra trash can and a fridge and to control the temperature of the room.
