"Customer service is horrible, although they are all very nice. Locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes as the staff was having a party and the manager was very accusatory of not calling or ringing the doorbell (which we obviously have been doing). The facilities is nice and the rooms are impeccably clean so if you stay in the rooms it is perfect."

"A great accommodation in Phnom Phen! It offers really large apartments, a small pool and gym on the rooftop and a great restaurant at the ground floor. Clean and comfortable, well functional AC. Could have wished for a more fully equipped kitchen as it has limited plates, cutlery and glasses, a couple of more towels for the pool, and some shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. But all in all a perfect stay for a
family
of four. Easy to get around with tuk-tuks. A plus for having some toys...
