"Liked - cleanliness of hotel/room and service from Reception staff. Breakfast spread was good and the restaurant staff friendly. Pool area was big and had enough space for the guests to lounge around.
Didn't like - the road outside and walk towards the palace and museum felt unsafe with too many vehicles. Hotel spa prices were too high so we did not use.

"Pretty nice place, it’s brand new. Shower gets warm. Great view . Comfy bed and fast WiFi. Just be aware you need to bring plates and silverware. As there are non. Also a towel and washcloth, dish soap… apartment only has a microwave, fridge, bed, tv, washing machine. Everything else you need to bring . Depending on ur electric usage you may need to prepay. With the front desk. Otherwise it will get. It off once the original funds run dry. Ac uses a lot and the microwave and washing machine. So keep that in mind. Otherwise. Nice staff and pool area. Semi squite area… drivers for grab seem to can’t find the place well. Keep that in mind. Would stay again. "
"The staff was incredible! They bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. The food at the restaurant was really good, loved the iRoHa breakfast . The rooms are spacious and the pool area very pretty. Great location to everything. I would recommend staying here, it will not disappoint. "
