Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "

"The location of this hotel in central Phnom Penh right across from the Royal Palace is absolutely perfect. The hotel is stunning, with many beautiful details including period furnishings, artwork, etc. The breakfast is excellent, as is the rooftop bar (with great views of the city). One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in SE Asia."

She knew my family coffee order during breakfast and made sure we had our coffee the way we wanted it (lactose free milk) not many places in Cambodia have lactose free milk.
Front desk staff helped me when I had an issue with the ABA ATM machine across the street.
