"They had one housekeeper. Rooms not ready at 3pm. We needed to take a shower for events. Not ready for another 2-3 hours. Cancelled the reservation at the desk. They said no fees. We went to another hotel. It was crap situation. "

We really tried to make the best of it. The room itself wasn't bad minus the odor. We ended up getting spray for the room and toughed it out the first night. Beds were fine. The AC was fine. Lave was quite. But when coming out of the room... no. This is an extended stay type hotel so no shampoo or conditioner either. Also dryed clothes for an hour, waiting downstairs only to find they didn't dry at all! Ugh. I mean, if you really needed a place to stay and had very limited money and no expectations, then it would work."

"The staff guy was very friendly but the room was horrible. The minute you opened the door to go into room it was full of little roaches. There were little roaches on the fridge, on the floor and the wall near the sink. Not a very pleasant experience. "
