"They don’t have shuttle services on Friday to jummah prayers the last bus leaves at 9 AM
When I went to the front desk and ask her where the bus was, she told me to talk to her colleague who was the doorman I asked the doorman he had no clue. The staff really think they’re better than everybody. They’re ignorant, arrogance and rude. Hotels decent, but the shuttle drops you off so far from the haram you’re walking for about 30 minutes.
If you have the money, stay at the clock tower"

"We stayed on the Gold Floor in room 2604, and I can’t thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable. The service was exceptional from start to finish.
