Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel
Should be 3 stars only,
Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills
Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs
Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

The service was excellent, Dona handled all my needs and made sure my stay went without worrying. I had to change my room and she made sure everything went through smoothly. The breakfast buffet was great with many excellent choice. I would highly recommend the property.
