"Everything and everyone was outstanding. From the check-in process to pretty much any accommodations we needed during our short stay, the staff was up to the task promptly with courtesy and kindness. Special shout out to Paloma at the front desk. Highly recommend doing the “Monk tour” of the property (daily at 600) which highlights the architecture and history of the building though out the years, as well as the pisco sour class at the bar. Breakfast (included) was exceptional in quality and variety. Will definitely return when back in Cuzco."
