"Loved our stay, but the room noise next to Kitchen was terrible! "

"Nice location that’s close to Plaza de Armas but not right on the plaza which helped it be a bit quieter. We had three separate stays in this hotel in between other activities. The first room we stayed in looked down into their outside dining area. It was a bit noisy in the mornings when breakfast started up. The walls were also somewhat thin and we could hear people clearly in the hallway. The other two rooms didn’t have this problem and were quieter. The property was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. They also stored our luggage for us while we went on a multi day trek. "

"This is the place to stay in Cusco. The family who runs the hotel are amazing and go above and beyond. The breakfast is amazing and you receive plenty of food. They also accommodate early morning departures for hikes with a breakfast to go. Everything is within walking distance as well that you will want to do in Cusco "

"We had a great stay! We stayed here for three nights before heading out on the Inca trail. It was the perfect location for exploring the historic district and the onsite restaurant was an easy option when we had a 4:00 am wake up call. They even packed us a breakfast. My only complaint is that the hot water wasn’t that hot in the shower. Would stay again! "

"I loved the decor of this hotel it was so elegant and old world class. The service is incredible they treat you like royalty. When I arrived they told me to go sit down in a quiet sitting room and they brought me tea. They told me they will take care of all my luggage and take them to my room. The breakfast room is so elegant and they prepare the food ao nicely. Theybhelped me to arrange a tour after my outing got canceled and they really saved the day. They made us feel so calm. I would definitely stay there again."

"Everything and everyone in this place was outstanding! Staff were friendly and very efficient. They will accommodate any special request with promptness and kindness. Special shout out to Paloma at the front desk. The spa was relaxing and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious offering a large variety of local and international options. The building used to be a colonial convent build upon the foundations of an Inca building. The result is impressive, charming and unique. They offer several complimentary activities for guests. Recommend the two we did; a tour of the hotel (35 min) which is available every evening, explaining the history and architecture of the building and the pisco sour class, which was fun. The location is perfect, walking distance from main shopping and dinning places in Cuzco. Will definitely return."
