Além do mais a proprietária não quis cumprir com a informação que o café é gratuito, mesmo informado na aquisição do produto na página do hostels , a mesma alegou que eu tinha adquirido uma hospedagem com custo promocional e por esse motivo o café não estava incluso, o que não condiz com o detalhe adquirido mundo ao hotels.com, isso me frustou bastante."

"This hotel was very overrated online for the quality of service and services listed. The hotel is listed as a hotel online, which is false advertising because the owner insisted that the place was a hostel. Thus, there was barely any reception throughout the day or night. The breakfast buffet was at a late time of 7-9am, which may seem reasonable, but most tours leave before 7am in the Cusco region. Inside the hotel, we did not feel safe, and we believe that they somebody stole a black jacket...

"This is a wonderful place with a staff that really care. They are currently remodeling and when they are done it will be fantastic. Rooms were clean and straight forward from what they offered. The staff always willing to help make our stay better. We had an early day tour and they offered to arrange a to-go snack/breakfast. They helped facilitate laundry service.
