"There are certain things we expect to find in a motel room. A suitcase rack or bench to keep your suitcase off the floor and off the bed. None in our room and apparently none in any of the rooms. We used the ironing board. Risky. For the two of us, elderly, we only had a small computer chair and a straight back chair, most motels offer a soft overstuff chair. So no place for one person to sit except on the bed. Not enough lighting in the room. Difficult to adjust the room thermostat. And the...

"The breakfast was excellent. Very well supplied and clean"

"Great service, very friendly. The breakfast layout was magnificent"

"Loved the super clean hotel.. Comfortable beds , big t v, FABULOUS breakfast every morning.. GREAT LOCATION, we will come again and recommend to everyone"

"The property is clean inside and out and well maintained. Room decor is not to our tastes, but it looks very nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good - better than most hotels in this price range. Only complaint was the shade over the window did not go all the way down. I checked and the shade was not adjustable. "All new rooms, bed was so comfortable"

"This was a wonderful hotel and had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and staff was wonderful."

"It was our first IHG stay in years. The stay was good. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great tribute to Route 66. Is it really necessary to have housekeeping knocking on doors before 8am on a Saturday? (Check out is 11.). It made the morning feel rushed and stressful."

"The constant fan option did not work. So noise from mini fridge and people upstairs kept me awake. Then at 4 AM, a woman and her child were walking up and down the hall and being very loud. I was on the first floor, there is no way the front desk could not hear them, If there was anyone there. I would like a refund."

"Overall, the staff was great and we had a very pleasant experience"

"The TV didn't get most of the channels it was supposed to. Price was very high."

"The Room was great, staff was very helpful and we loved the breakfast!!"

"The TV in my room could only show "no signal". Even though reported to the desk the first night, it still would not work the next night."
