I love staying at Woodbridge suites. The location is perfect - close to family I visit, an on site laundry, in a mall with groceries, restaurants, and a dollar store for items I forgot to bring. Convenience at its best. The staff is helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean, I liked a full refrigerator, The staff was extremely friendly. What I didn’t like was the refrigerator door inconveniently opened to the opposite of the kitchen which was really awkward. The other thing was that I didn’t have a luggage caddy available to load for checking out. They were all being used by the construction workers who were renovating the rooms to bring their equipment up to the floors they were working on. Fortunately the lady cleaning my room emptied her cart and helped me load everything and unload at my car. Much appreciated and what an over and above thing to do.👏👏👏
The staff was very helpful and personable.
The room was clean.
The elevator is a little rough.
The main thing is this is not a short-term stay hotel. That is communicated at the property, but not so much when booking thru hotels.com. So it's a little bit of a surprise if you check in as a short stay.
Ok. Where to begin. I made the reservation online. If I could have walked out w/out losing the entire prepaid 6 days I would have. Karen at the desk lllllllwas nice. Shannon in maintenance was helped when my door wouldn’t lock as I left for the day - no strike plate. Yes, it was unlocked all night. Each step required a Herculean effort because of the many layers of an unknown “sticky ick” on the floor. There was a nice home size refrigerator & ice maker and that was the best feature in the whole room. The 2 burner kitchenette might have been an helpful option if pots/pans/dishes were available, apparently I missed the signage for the rental of these things. There was only thin sheet and coverlet on the spring frame. Too many other things and issues to mention but you get the same gist.
It was fairly clean for the most part but the bathtub could’ve used a quick rinse and maybe wipe out the fridge cause it was sticky, it’s not a super big problem just an observation. But the front desk lady was really nice she got us checked in and explained everything we needed to know! And it is definitely pet friendly because I saw a lady walking the sweetest pitty.
The staff is super! Very quiet hotel! Will stay again!

Check-in was easy and hotel staff friendly. Though posted; a no smoking building, when leaving the elevator on the 4th floor, the hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. I did not use the kitchen. The hotel is located next to I-55 causing the room to be very noisy. have your eye plugs (I did) if you expect to get any sleep. The walls are thin. I could hear the couple arguing next door. Upon my morning departure, the 4th floor hallway was still smokey.

The staff were friendly and the room was pretty clean. Maybe needs some updating as far as furniture and kitchette but other than that a pretty good stay.
