"This house was fabulous. Grace was a perfect host! I had a few questions and she was extremely prompt with all replies. We had 9 adults and everyone was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were all very comfortable. Everyone slept very good. We were seeing a concert at Jones Beach one day and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook for our tailgate. The backyard was a true oasis. The pictures don't do it justice. "Unlike many Fire Island rentals, this place lived up to its description! It was clean and beautifully stocked with beach chairs and towels and kitchen dishware/pots/cutlery and spices. Plenty of blankets and pillows and even a pack and play which we needed. I was always able to communicate with Len the owner and he was quick to respond. We are hoping to rent again next season!"
