"Every single person here was helpful and kind. Lucia great food. Savin and Christina helpful with checking and checkout. Maria and Marina always helpful when I needed towels or any other amenities.I love the pillows. The shampoo is totally totally cool and made my hair.Shiny and soft. Having coffee and hot tea and cocoa , twenty four hours was a big , big , wonderful perk."

"The location was great and the common areas well kept. The room was nice but the AC in the wall was noisy and did not work correctly. The maintenance staff came up and advised that the unit was fixed, but it still did not function properly and so the room was very warm and stuffy."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre. the night we got there the cable wasn't working..they said they were compensating with points to Hilton members but because I came through Expedia I didn't qualify. the last day there was a water outage from 10 am to 5.45. they said it was posted by the elevators but not on mine. So I had no idea this would happen. They offered two water bottles . My room was suppose to be cleaned but didn't come until I asked. ...

"Rooms were nice, Staff friendly, hot tub/pool was nice, a little dated, parking was great."

"I took my luggage out to my car at 5:30 am hoping to come back to get a cup of coffee for the road. I could not get back in for the coffee because the entry doors were locked and I had already turned in my entry key. Knocked on the door and rang the buzzer, but no one was there to open the door. Other than that the place is nice and clean."

"It’s a very nice hotel Good location Great staff Amazing breakfast"

"Great hotel. Very expensive for what it was."

"Great location"

"Such a great little stay BUT be prepared for outdated amenities. Not enough plugs for devices and a SUPER small bathroom. Its quaint and in the best location but it can be noisy with creaky floors and little storage. STAFF goes above and beyond."

"Very comfortable room. Excellent, not too soft mattress. Wonderful full breakfast buffet."
