"My friend and I brought our kids to the beach for the night and picked this lovely spot. We enjoyed the home as well as the location. It was so cute and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly. It’s so nice to find a place where they don’t have a bunch of hidden, host or cleaning fees. It was perfect and incredibly affordable for a beach getaway. We will return!"

"We had a great last minute weekend trip with my family and extended family. The house was a nice setup for us with plenty of space and lots of activities outside for all the kids. We had kids ranging from 3-16 and everyone had a blast. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights since we ran out of time to use the fire pit or volleyball area. "Matt and Chris’s cottage is beautiful and provided a perfect home away from home for me, my husband, college-age daughter during our short stay in Wilmington. We so appreciated being able to stay in a stunningly decorated, clean and conveniently located property that is dog-friendly and allowed us to entertain relatives who were staying in nearby Wrightsville Beach. (The property’s furnished swimming pool space is a luxurious bonus room.) I have land enough for a backyard bungalow where I live....

"A well maintained older home, very clean. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The only downside to our stay , the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Nothing we couldn't live with for a week.
