Loved the new updates. Had a cool 60s meets modern Acapulco. Staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. The hotel was lovely. Unfortunately, there room had a strong odor. The hotel had maintenance spray a “deodorizer”, but it just added a strong floral smell into the mix. The hotel was at full capacity so we had to ask for a refund and move to another hotel.

After a rough check-in, we received a warm reach-out from management and the rest of our stay was excellent. Great facilities, great location, friendly staff, clean, etc. Maybe some kinks to work out still with transition of ownership, but we’d stay again for sure.
