"The positives: It was close to our the points of interest. The bed was incredibly comfortable and slept like a baby. The cons: The property overall was dirty, garbage everywhere outside. Landscaping was in disarray, not existent or unkept. Parking was a little bit of a problem near the suite we were staying in. But the absolute worst part was that the check in process and "front desk" responsibilities have been farmed out to a remote attendant that you had to communicate through a remote...

"The check in was fast and friendly. We didn't have any issues. The kids enjoyed the swimming

and basketball. The breakfast was just OK. It was nice that they had evening drinks and snacks while we were there. If we are in St. Louis area again we will stay here."

"We were on the 4th floor and it looked like a dungeon when we got off the elevator and that floor had a food smell the whole time. Also the toilet ran off and on all night making it so hard to sleep. There were ants on the table where the coffee maker was.

"We didn’t get our double rooms. And between us and the kids we couldn’t fit in the 3 beds. We were supposed to have 4. T he room walls had holes and cracks in them, the bed side tables were broken. Tv worked off and on. Refrigerator wasn’t working. We couldn’t find another hotel last minute or we wemouldnt have stayed. You have to pay for breakfast.
