"Staff is slow at the restaurants and could be friendly along with a couple of gals that did room service as far as friendliness. Rooms are a bit dated but hotel is pretty. The popcorn was awful at the movies but really fun thing to do as far as watching movies there."

"This hotel was from the hell, the parking was from the hell. The door to our room squeaked so bad, we will need a hearing checked to make sure we didn’t lose our ear drums. Rooms were a paper thin you could hear every move above person made. Asked them if we could change to a different room but they won’t let us change. The last night of stay, the hotel caught on fire sent all of us to out side for over an hour in the middle of the night and in the cold. Our clothes smell like a rubber chemical bunt Yet no hotel management apologized us for inconvenienced us. "

"The host took my $, confirmed my reservation, and cancelled on me with no explanation. I explained when signing that I would be visiting my daughter at college with my family. When I got to St. Louis I was trying to contact the host to see if we could check in early. Now realizing I had received an email at 8:30am while traveling to St. Louis that the reservation had been cancelled. When I reached out to the host via phone & Expedia messaging, he did not respond. When my daughter called from her phone, he text back. Once she gave him the reservation ID & asked if he could still accommodate us because I also had my mother who is a senior with me. He stopped responding. I am still waiting on my refund. Vrbo was accommodating but, definitely not the host. DON’T DO IT!!!!"
