"Breakfast was freat"

"Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Although the hotel is old and dated, they have up kept it and it is very clean. It was also close to the Convention Center and conveniently located to dining options. Only critique is that the rooms are very cold; however room temp can be adjusted but finicky. They also provide comforters that are exceptionally warm. Room was small but cozy and did not want to get out of bed. There is also no fridge or microwave."

"Rooms were spacious, the Riverfront grill was surprisingly very good had the chicken club sandwich; it was a big sandwich, still hot and the chicken was tender. Didn't like the smell of stale cigarette smoke in the hallway by the casino. The Cascade bar while close to the rooms, was not a fully stocked bar. Overall a nice hotel. I would go back"

"It was nice and clean, the mattress was very comfortable. Easy access to downtown and parking garage right next door was easy to go in and out for our car."

"The hotel staff was excellent! Restaurant and separate bar service are open late. Perfect location downtown, right next to Busch Stadium! "

"Very expensive and very very basic. Would have at least expected a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room… . Had to pay almost $10 for 2 bottles of water just to have something to drink . Valet parking was $48. Self park was $40. Pricey in addition to the $300 ish cost of the basic room. Would not go back"

"This is my second time staying here,the first time was great no complaints.this time was different.The WiFi wasn’t working we were told by the front desk it was “running slow” 2 hours later still nothing.We called a customer service number and was told to contact the front desk and they would fix it well the man behind the counter was very rude about the whole situation. The next morning I talked to a manager she was great and took care of the situation. The hotel itself was great but not so much customer service"
