"Room was booked for 27/28 March. Got a called on the 24th to say the room was unavailable and they were cancelling my room. All alternative hotel prices weee now up 50%. Had to cancel 1 days stay in birmingham and footed a train alteration fee. Will NEVER book at the cube again! "

"Everything was fine although when the fire alarm went off at 23:00 staff didn’t seem prepared. Thankfully it was a false alarm but it didn’t instil any confidence if it wasn’t. It was very disorganised and lacked coordination "
