"Bkack mold in the room and shower. Bathroom light was automatic but took hours to turn back off and bathroom door didnt close from the outside so the light would keep you up. Musty smell in the room and no window"

"Breakfast was phenomenal. It was strange that there was only one robe in the double bedroom and I wish coffee and biscuits were replenished in the room every day. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. This was my third stay in this hotel and I love it there every time. "

"Lovely hotel 5 minutes walk from new street station via the Stephenson street exit. First time stayed here staff very welcoming. Room clean and spacious. Lovely buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here."
