"Very clean and large room on a higher level (we got a choice of room location) so was quiet on a Friday night!! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Only let down is breakfast - for the price was expecting more hot food options such as choices of egg, mushrooms, black pudding and tomato. "

"Unfortunately on arrival was told the double room we paid for wasn’t available and was given a dorm with bunk beds. We had checked in in advance and arrived at 10pm so had no other option but to stay. The room was fine, just a little cold and couldn’t close the curtains so was very bright in the morning. Just frustrating when the double was paid for and had no choice but to accept a bunk bed. "
