"The refrigerator had a terrible fishy odor. We cleaned it several times but every time it was opened, the house smelled. The outdoir deck furniture was dirty and full of sand and debris. Feel the place could use a little sprucing up. Manager was very nice and friendly but feel a little more attention from cleaning staff would be good. Bath mats needed a good vacuum."

"The property was vast and beautiful, but there was no place to sit and rest. It was over 200 yds from my hotel to the beach, there was not one bench or chair along the way to rest there were side walks everywhere thru the hotel buildings the pools the activities area but no place to sit down I was tired when I reached the beach."

"We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was...
