"This has to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was so clean, the staff were lovely, and the location is amazing. We really enjoyed having dinner each night in the hotel by the beach. The drinks at the bar were reasonably price and the food was great. It’s also the best location for an amazing sunset on a clear day. I have nothing bad to say, we plan to go back again and again! One point I would make that it’s not really possible to walk into marathon, if you wanted local amenities, it may not be a good fit, but we had everything we needed on site so we stayed in the hotel every evening. "

" My best experience there was the pool area. The rooms were not that great for the price I paid. The carpet seemed dirty and the AC did not work well. The staff was excellent. I was on a family vacation, hoping to get my kids off my back for a few hours;however, they had a game room many of the amenities were broken or did not work.For the price I paid, I expect everything to work well "

"This place was AMAZING! Easy stress free check in, clean and beautiful interior and exterior, host was always quick to answer our questions, and a huge bonus….we saw manatees at the dock!! All around fantastic stay and loved the house and area! "

"Room was clean, walls too close to the beds, pool is not heated, breakfast was average, but ran out of several items our last 2 days. There is not a water view as lead to believe from website. Balcony looks out over the parking lot."
