A little something for everyone! Adult area, kids area. I personally loved sitting between the lagoon and the canal watching the boats go by! All staff was excellent! Loved the food the most at the Tiki Grill

beautiful and kid friendly resort. angler& ale restaurant was a 0/5 for us considering they gave my toddler water with floating mold and when told about it the fix was for us to buy a $10 voss water not to mention the inflated restaurant food overs for basic microwave food. i’d you get sick from this restaurant you’ve been warned it’s in the water

We stayed in a villa. The carpet was dirty, the shower was so small it was hard to turn around, and there was little water pressure until there was none at all, to which they moved us into two rooms in the main hotel. We must've been next to an AC unit or something because it sounded like military jets flying all night long, and the toilet stopped up. Staff was friendly, pool was nice, wouldn't recommend or return.

Overall a great stay. Very nice and clean condo with its own small pool. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the tennis and pickleball facilities. Only areas for improvement were the initial delay in room being available from housekeeping and need for more service staff around the pool area.

2.5 stars Very slow service. Staff very nice, but perhaps understaffed. Waited 1.5 hours for lunch at tiki bar. Took an incredibly long time to get a drink at the Tiki Bar during the day. The other outside bar was never opened during our week’ s stay. WiFi very spotty. Water turned off in resort for 2 hours. Again, staff was working hard, just not enough to run a busy resort well.

We had a good experience here overall. The lobby/pool/restaurant area was lovely. The food by the pool was great. The drinks were average. Service was wonderful! Our deduction of two stars comes from the stay within the unit itself. We had a 2 bedroom villa and were not crazy about the fact that there was only 1 full bathroom. Also, none of the windows have curtains and they have porch lights that do not turn off, so the lights shining through were very bright and disruptive to our sleep and our babies’ sleep. If this doesn’t bother you, it shouldn’t be an issue. But it was very uncomfortable for us. The hotel staff offered no suggestions, just apologized that this is how the fixture are. Also, the blankets and bedding are extremely thin. Again, if this doesn’t bother you, disregard. But it was uncomfortable for us. Overall a beautiful property with great onsite amenities for kids. I just expected more from the 2 bedroom villa for the price.
