but less expensive than staying on the island. The 3 things I wanted was 1- Close to the island/beaches, 2- Pool, 3- Hot Tub. Would have given 5 stars but hot tub was broken the 2 nights I was there. They did give me a $40 discount for this but I did not think that was much considering $300 per night. And the hot tub was the deciding factor between this and another hotel nearby that would have been more affordable."

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. There were many amenities, the house was very spacious and could sleep a lot of people. The backyard was a fun place to sit and hang out in. The kitchen had a lot that we used to cook. The host was quick to respond to all questions. "

"We booked 121 Arthur for my husband's 70th birthday, Two weeks was a perfect stay. The house was reasonably priced, updated, clean, very well equipped and a convenient location to LBI. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was accessible and very accommodating. It was great to have linens, towels and many other needs provided. Really enjoyed the backyard with safe fencing and the new dock with accessible kayaks. This was one of the best booking we have ever done....
