Staff was friendly rooms were clean pool was nice and clean and the crowd of people who stay are a pleasure and the location next to boardwalk is very convenient. Will be staying again next year!

Very rundown motel. Needs lots of upgrades. TV only had one channel, broken light in room, door seal was bad. Missing pool piles. Room was decent enough for a quick one night stay and great location to boardwalk.

Stay away from this place!!! Super sketchy and absolutely disgusting. The smell in the room was horrendous. We got a refund and changed locations. Do yourself a favor and go one block over to the Sea Garden. Actually... just go anywhere else but here.

One block from the boardwalk. Room clean. The mattress is worn and needs to be replaced. No linen/towel replacement in a 3-day stay. Desk personnel were very friendly. Was allowed to go into the room early. The pool was well-maintained. AC worked well but loud. Would stay affordable short trips.

Staff was excellent! Motel needs a lot of work. Room set up did not have tv in bedroom. Shower curtain device keep falling off wall. Place just needs work. Most likely will not stay again unless motel is remodeled.

I only gave the rating I did because the location was great and the rooms weren’t dirty. With that said, the rooms are terribly worn down and it doesn’t seem like hotel management seems to care the beds are terribly uncomfortable and thankfully we brought our own blankets and never even turned down the bed cover. Our room door had a 2 inch gap to where you could see outside. I had to put towels over it to keep bugs and anything else out at night. The toilet clogged at which time the lady at the desk gave my daughter a plastic plunger and said unclog it yourself. Inside the shower with broken tiles there was black electrical tape to indicate which way to turn for hot water and lastly, the security system is a ring camera affixed to the outside of the 2nd story.
