"The room was disgusting. The television did not work. The cabinets and drawer where all broken. The fire detector was broken off the wall and not replaced. This place was by the far the worst place I have ever stayed at!"

"The place look cute in the outside but in the premise is dirty ones you walking in the main floor look clean but ones you start going to the room the hall ways are dirty the room are not too clean I had to change room because it’s wasn’t clean the pool is dirty and disgusting for breakfast all they have is Kellogg donuts and coffee and toes the room are not all that looking I wouldn’t recommend to no one I wouldn’t stay there ever again…."

"I agreed to an upgrade at the Front Desk because the room included a soaking Tub, unfortunately when we got to the room there was no Tub....so what did I pay for? Very disappointing. Overall Harrah's was good, great Pool area, Casino was OK, but it wreaked of Cigarette smoke. I guess most Casino's do as well."

"I guess you get what you pay for, but for not much more you can have cleanliness, peace, and comfort, so this seems not worth it. First, despite signs saying no smoking, the whole place reeked of weed. You could smell it from the street, even with car windows up. Parts of the floor, the bathtub, and the sheets and pillowcases were either stained or visibly dirty. The bathtub was definitely dirty, and so was the inside of the freezer, with lots of debris. I had been looking forward to a hot bath after a long, cold day, so that was disappointing. The water came out brown, though, so I didn’t even get a shower, which was the whole reason I got a hotel instead of just sleeping at a truck stop. It was very, very loud, even after one and two am, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, like within a few minutes of lying down you could feel the platform underneath the mattress. There were no fitted sheets, just a flat sheet draped over the mattress rather carelessly. The tv was on when I entered the room, which sort of made me feel like it had been hastily vacated and that made it feel even less clean than it was. I would not stay here again. I would have been more comfortable and felt safer sleeping in my car at a truck stop than I felt in this location. "

"My family and I absolutely loved our two bedroom suite it came with a full kitchen living room two bedrooms and two bathroom. It was very spacious and clean. Definitely recommend for a family of 5-6"
