Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

"Bally‘s is close to a lot of things on the boardwalk. The restaurants they had even though we did not eat in any of them seem to be great. The lobby was clean and updated and looked great. The bathroom and bed were clean and nice. The carpets at the elevators and in the hallways to the rooms were Not clean at all. They need to be updated or sanitize and clean thoroughly. The same thing with a parking lot, it smelled of urine specially on second and third level. Our stay was just OK."

"Renovated rooms are ok, but basic things like coffee machine, and blow dryer are not provided. Overall, Staff lacks professionalism. Food options are ok, but priced pretty high. The best thing about this hotel is its location to the boardwalk and the water park."

"Came for a quick weekend trip, and the Sheraton was conveniently located near all. Great experience, though the hotel needs to upgrade a bit. The bathrooms, rugs, and halls were outdated. The bathroom pipes can be heard rattling."
