"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."

"Clean and spacious"

"perfect location, big room and easy check in/out"

"It was the perfect size for our short trip to NYC. So close to Times Square, and the subway station. If you plan to be out and about, I think this was the perfect size room, and location! I would stay here again!"

"Clean, great bathroom, good breakfast."

"Very great location! The rooms were just what we needed! Very helpful staff"

"The room was very small. No microwave. Not enough elevators working during breakfast. Had to take the stairs up and down 7 flights. There were many options for breakfast but it was very chaotic and people were all crammed together. No little mart to buy water, etc. The bellmen were outstanding. "Very noisy room but they provided earplugs. Breakfast/coffee didn’t start til 7:30 but the bodega next door had great coffee."

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"Great location in theater district. Loved the cocktail bar"

"Everything was great and the location was amazing"

"All good."

"Love this hotel and the staff. Also very nice fitness room and restaurant."
