"Lovely stay, good location for accessing what the island has to offer, be that beach or mountain, descent buffet offering and we loved the hide on the nature reserve out the back of the hotel, each morning we watched kingfishers, marsh harrier and many warblers across the marshland, very beautiful!"

"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"Air con not perfect. Attention to detail wasn't great. The lady who was there only a few days was really good and got things sorted for us as much as could, i think her name was Belen. Anyway place was clean, lovely spa and pool area's. Close to the restaurants and town. "

"we have stayed 5 night with my young families at Blau. We have fantastic time, the stuffs are all amazing and hospitality exceptional. The place so clean and the garden is amazing. FOOD, drinks and enterainment at night for the kids plus for adults was faboulus. I can not enough to pass gratitudes for the stuff and the whole experiance from everyone. Thank you! "The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable."
