"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"Great hotel, not quite 5 star compared to the Caribbean, Greece or Turkey. Welcome - No welcome drink, but we did get our room earlier than check in which we were grateful of. Room - Faultless except, you have to ask to restock the mini fridge for water or soft drinks. Facilities - Good. La Sal Buffet - Excellent food, quality and choice. "Air con not perfect. Attention to detail wasn't great. The lady who was there only a few days was really good and got things sorted for us as much as could, i think her name was Belen. Anyway place was clean, lovely spa and pool area's. Close to the restaurants and town. "
