"The only thing more outstanding than the beautiful property itself was the service! Everyone who worked with us was so accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their service orientation was so impressive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, in a quiet but convenient location, and we loved the rooftop pool area. "Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel! "
