"The room, the stay, and free shuttle were all very good. However, I stayed with my 11-year old child and we're charged for city tax for both of us. I realised child do not need to pay city tax later, but didn't have chance to ask. The checked us in with our passports and should know the child's age and should know it's tax free for children. What's worse is that the staff member at reception charged my card twice . I asked for a refund immediately , he gave me a receipt looks like a void...
