"Pros: The property is right on the beach in a great central location very close to the Malibu Pier. Be aware that surf pounds right below the deck when the tide is in.

. Check in was seamless and we were greeted upon arrival. Cannot beat the view of the ocean. Apartment contains everything you need and was very clean and comfortable.
