This is a lovely little beach cottage with old school charm of simplicity. There is nothing fancy about this place but that is ok as all you need it that view! The couch on the deck was my favorite spot! Make sure to bring a hairdryer though if needed as there is not one and I had business meetings to attend. After the initial check in and tour from Angel, there was no communication, which was disappointing as I had a few questions. Regardless, the view was superb!

This was our 3rd stay and it never disappoints! It's absolutely breathtaking. Clean and everything you need is either already there or very close by, walks to the pier for delicious coffee in the morning and a glass of wine on the balcony listening to the crashing waves. We absolutely loved the calming sound of waves washing off the shore! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, close to hiking trails, Santa Monica, LA, and many others worth to see attractions. Beautiful condo on the beach. Love the location right on the beach with views of the Malibu pier. The balcony is so nice to sit on and watch the waves, people on the beach and marine life. Angel manages the property and is so nice. He even brought us some coffee when I asked where to get it. The one bedroom condo was clean and perfect for our visit. We loved our stay in Malibu.❤️
