"The staff were very kid friendly and made the trip that much better. We ate 1 meal at all the restaurants. It’s very convenient but we decided we would eat out.Its not awful just wanted better food. The rooms were clean and the scavenger hunt made my kids day. All in all we have plans to come back. Couldn’t ask for much more."

"We hosted an event here and was treated very unprofessionally. The check in process , the event Staff , and the overall experience was the worst I have ever experienced in 28 years. So far as to say the property manager YELLED at me in front of my staff , we had to argue and fight for the event space we had contracted , and the customer service with myself and staff as well as the nearly 100 rooms we sold was unacceptable! DO NOT GO HERE ! "

"The people and the surroundings were amazing. The only complaint is the room. It smelled bad when we got in. We opened the porch door to let fresh air in. After a while it was better. We left for the majority of the time. Came back and smelled bad again. Used the Jacuzzi with Epsom salt which made the room smell better. But the smell returned in the middle of the night and I left in the morning with one of the worst headache ever. "

"Breakfast was disappointing have had way better at less expensive hotels! Room was paid for but they added $50 up front charge per night cash/hold for any room charges or damage that you might accrue even if you don’t charge to room!!! That was a surprise we were not prepared for!! Just be aware Was an ok place if we had kids to enjoy pool but other than that I will be staying at a different place next visit"
