"Room was outdated, not as represented on the website. Sheets did not fit bed, one pillow stained with unknown substance and not changed during our three night stay. Cleaning people left dirty rag on floor for two nights, trash was left on shelf from previous guest, bathroom not cleaned during stay. Person who checked us in not very friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. Would not recommend."

"We absolutely loved so many things about this stay. One of the best accommodations was the prepaid card machine just in case you only brought cash it was a big help to load a card and use it at that location and use it anywhere. The staff were more than amazing! We definitely had an awesome experience and will be recommending it to everyone. The outdoor poor and indoor option was also a huge plus since we definitely got to much sun the first day , we then was able to enjoy the inside pool without getting more burnt. Food was excellent, service excellent, rooms were cozy."

"We added a night to a family trip and chose this hotel. I didn't realize how wonderful it was going to be! They have plenty of complimentary items in the lobby such as fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts, fruit, tea, lemonade, hot cocoa, apple cider, coffee, 3 different flavors of slushies, and an arcade with free game play. The pool is 24/7 and everything looked new and clean with towels replaced as needed for guests. The room was clean and had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and keruig with complimentary creamers and k cups. We will be staying here in the future for sure! To top it all off, instead of a bland breakfast you receive a voucher to use at the pancake house across the road which was delicious! We walked to the island from the hotel and it took less than 10 minutes."

"A luxury motel worth every penny! Location is outstanding. Our room was spacious and room to move around. We will definitely be returning in August. Only drawback, we chose to park our own car and not use valet service. Don't quite understand why off-site parking is charged it’s a small walk. Trolley was never available as we were coming or leaving. Overall our granddaughter enjoyed her visit."
