The apartment itself is echoey due to tiled floors but it is roomy and spacious! And perfect location for dining and groceries"

Building Management were lovely, welcoming and friendly! Would highly recommend staying here! Unit was a bit dated but it was clean, tidy and ample amount of space! "It was such an easy place to holiday. The apartment was well appointed, the parking easy in my SUV, and such a lovely, quiet, leafy place despite being central. 2 min to beach, 2 min to Tedder St and Serena is a warm and welcoming Manager."

"We couldn't quite go "excellent" but our Unit was very good and we would definitely return. Some of the fittings were a bit old and jaded. The shower heads were inadequate. The stove was difficult to operate until you understood how it worked, and that wasn't easy. But, these were small issues. Cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils. fridge etc were very good. The Unit was very clean and tidy and was well furnished and decorated. The staff were very obliging."
