Everything throughout the hotel was nice and clean, with rooms that made for a truly comfortable stay. "Lovely breakfast, helpful staff, and amazing water spa experience! The room I stayed in didn’t have AC, and it did get a little warm - but everything else was perfect! Within an easy walk from the train station and beach. Would definitely stay again."

"Our room was a good size, positioned on the first floor above the car park, a bit noisy when any traffic came in but still a lovely room. Staff were all so nice, very helpful, can’t fault them. It was so warm we were able to eat breakfast on the sun terrace, perfect!! excellent quality food buffet, and our evening meals were spot on. plenty space to park all close to reception. Overall we had a perfect break, would highly recommend, as for its location, really, really nice!! thank you all!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Falmouth Hotel. The building is beautiful, with a grand historic interior, and the lounge overlooking the sea was one of our favourite places to relax. The location is excellent, directly across from Castle Beach, within walking distance of Gyllyngvase Beach, and only a short stroll into town. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, and it would be fantastic to see the former outdoor pool restored one day. Every meal we had—from breakfast to afternoon tea, sandwiches, and fish and chips—was excellent, and the staff were consistently professional and welcoming. Our room was clean, and the free on-site parking was a significant bonus, although it did fill up during busier periods. A couple of things are worth keeping in mind: the hotel hosts weddings/receptions, and the reception during our stay continued until around midnight, which affected our sleep. We also visited during warm weather, and because the hotel does not have air conditioning, our west-facing room became quite hot despite the fan provided. Even with those minor drawbacks, the atmosphere was lovely, and the hotel felt more like a seaside resort than simply a place to sleep. It was the best out of several hotels that we stayed at during our trip. We would definitely stay here again."

"Such a magical place! Felt immediately relaxed due to the friendly and helpful staff, the atmosphere created by the decor and furnishings and the tropical gardens which had both formal and secret spaces to enjoy the scenery, plants and wildlife. The Bream box close to the beach, which served drinks, snacks and pizzas in the afternoons is a fabulous facility too. Bream cove, at the end of the garden path, was a great place for a swim, especially prior to a delicious breakfast. Will definitely return and bring my family and friends to experience this beautiful hotel. A great place for a romantic or relaxed escape."

"We had a really lovely garden room with little private patio area which we loved. Overall the property is slightly dated but in all honestly we found it charming. The gardener keeps the grounds beautifully maintained and the food is absolutely superb. Will, the restaurant manager is amazing but all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. There are a few negative things but tbf the positives far outweigh them so I'm not going to mention them apart from if you're less than fit the walk into Falmouth town is arduous so stick to taxi or drive yourself"

Clear and comprehensive instructions were provided, which made settling in easy and stress-free. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. The attention to detail and excellent hospitality were greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Delightfully peaceful spot, spectacular views from the garden. Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach. Another time I'd leave the car hire, bring my ebike instead, and walk to the local village for provisions."
