My only critique is that it would be nice to have more than one key and fob so that we could leave the building in separate groups without worrying about how to get back in. "The only reason we didnt give 5 stars was because there was a strong smell that wasnt necessarily bad, but we were very sensitive to it and made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also an unexpected 9pm quiet hour limitation we werent expecting, but we were able to work around it. The bathroom was also very very small, and only one small mirror. But, everything else was awesome. Super clean, very comfortable bed, pillows, blankets and towels. There was plenty of extra soap and shampoo/conditioner...

"Nice, open concept living area was nice. Good sized bedrooms with high ceilings. Bathroom is a little small for sharing with four people, but that is to be expected in a downtown apartment. Good location with on street metered parking available right next to the building. Apartment was in general clean, but some areas could use a deep clean (older carpet and dusty baseboards). Overall, we enjoyed the space and our stay. Would recommend it to others."

"This is a beautiful apartment, as pictured. Great communication with owner. Top floor, concrete floors, and one unit next door seemed to be empty, so we didn’t hear much noise from the street or other units. (Keep in mind with such high ceilings that noise may carry!) Only real downside was no parking included but we parked out front with no problem. "
