"Great hotel in central location with comfortable room. Immaculately clean everywhere. Lovely rooftop pool, excellent spa facilities with indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast choices and.service were very good with fabulous fruit every day and tasty fresh egg dishes. Didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening. So convenient for all sights, dining and shopping. Would definitely visit again. "

"Good communication with Carolina, close to the old town approx 15-20 min walk to cable car, there is a very steep walk back to the property. Unfortunately due to storm Oscar we weren’t able to use the pool. But the garden is surprisingly private. Property was clean and comfortable We used a taxi driver called Nuno, recommended by Carolina to collect us from the airport, he also took us on a lovely day tour around the north of the island, then back to the airport. "Hugo was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble. Our cleaning lady, Natalie, was warm, welcoming, thorough and very accommodating. Fully equipped apartment with everything you could possibly need already anticipated. The sun terrace was an added bonus especially when the coloured fairy lights automatically switched on at night! If you want comprehensive UK TV maybe bring a laptop to connect as channels were limited."
